Candidate biography

Source-published biography

A strong economy isn’t measured only by the stock market or GDP. It’s measured at the kitchen table—by whether a paycheck covers the groceries, whether a family can afford a home, whether a small business can grow, and whether young people can find good jobs without leaving the communities where they grew up.

Second Amendment

Source-published biography

Enough is enough; the broken promises must end. As a veteran myself, pushing back against VA cuts that delay treatment is a priority, along with keeping private equity from standing between veterans and their care and preventing corporations from profiting by denying veterans needed care.

Data Centers

Source-published biography

Thirty-five years working in and around the very infrastructure these companies are building—from the Air Force to the NSA, where serving as Technical Director for Cyber Analysis meant understanding these systems from the inside—provides a clear understanding of what these facilities need and what they owe the communities they enter.

Reproductive Rights

Source-published biography

Northwestern Pennsylvania already has an eight-county maternity care desert. Women in this district are driving hours to give birth. Rural hospitals are closing, and cuts to Medicaid are putting additional pressure on already-strained rural healthcare systems. Glenn Thompson has repeatedly voted to restrict reproductive healthcare access while doing little to address the healthcare desert his constituents face.

Local business growth, jobs, infrastructure, and workforce investment

Candidate position

This district has the people, resources, and work ethic to do better. That means creating an environment where small businesses can start, grow, and hire locally; attracting good-paying jobs in manufacturing, defense, healthcare, cybersecurity, robotics, and other industries important to America’s future; and investing in the infrastructure and workforce those employers need.

Second Amendment

Candidate position

That Second Amendment right also comes with responsibility, a value shared by the vast majority of gun owners. Background checks should work the way they are supposed to: keeping guns out of the hands of criminals and people who pose a danger to themselves or others, while never punishing law-abiding citizens for doing things right.

Immigration and ICE

Candidate position

That standard must apply to ICE and CBP agents as well. Officers doing their jobs should wear identifiable uniforms and badge numbers and comply with established use-of-force policies. No masks. No unmarked uniforms. No exceptions. When those standards are violated, independent review panels—not internal chains of command—should determine the consequences. When a U.S. citizen or immigrant dies during an enforcement action, there must be an immediate independent investigation, with charges brought where warranted.

Israel, Palestinian rights, ceasefire compliance, and military aid

Candidate position

The October 7, 2023 attacks — which killed approximately 1,200 people, including 44 Americans, and took 253 hostages — were an act of terrorism that must be unequivocally condemned. Israel has the right to defend itself. And yet, the Israeli military’s conduct in Gaza has killed more than 70,000 Palestinians, the majority of them civilians. Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch have formally concluded these actions constitute genocide. The International Court of Justice has found a plausible risk of genocide and issued binding provisional measures. The United Nations Human Rights Council’s own Commission of Inquiry reached the same conclusion in September 2025. We cannot simply ignore the findings of the world’s leading human rights institutions. A ceasefire took effect in October 2025, and all hostages have been returned. But the ceasefire is not peace. More than 700 Palestinians have been killed since it began. Israel now controls 70% of Gaza’s territory. Nearly 2.1 million people remain displaced. Seventy-seven percent of Gaza’s population faces acute food insecurity. This is not the end of the conflict — it is a pause, with the underlying conditions unresolved. America has leverage — and a moral obligation to use it. Military aid must be conditioned on compliance with the laws of war and the terms of the ceasefire. Support for the Ceasefire Compliance Act follows from that principle. America can be a true ally to Israel and a champion of Palestinian rights at the same time. That is the standard we should demand. Both must be defended. Both must guide our action.

Immigration and ICE

The rule of law is not optional. The Constitution does not have a carve-out for immigration enforcement. Protecting that principle—and ensuring that those who enforce the law are accountable to it—is essential to preserving the rights and security of everyone in this country.

Reproductive Rights

Candidate position

The right to abortion should be codified in federal law. Emergency reproductive care should be available everywhere, including rural Pennsylvania. Representatives should protect access to contraception. No woman should be forced to carry a pregnancy that threatens her life because a politician has decided that government knows better than she and her doctor.

Healthcare affordability, coverage, rural access, and industry accountability

Candidate position

Healthcare policy should make care more affordable and more accessible, not push it further out of reach. That means protecting affordable insurance coverage, lowering prescription drug costs, defending Medicare and Medicaid, strengthening rural hospitals and healthcare providers, and addressing the severe shortage of medical professionals in rural Pennsylvania. It also means standing up to insurance companies, pharmaceutical companies, and private-equity interests when their profits come at the expense of patients.

Israel-Palestine

Candidate position

After decades of service in the defense sector, the cost of foreign wars is clear, as is the importance of careful strategic planning before deploying U.S. forces abroad. Military action should be used only when necessary to defend America. The United States must avoid unnecessary and counterproductive foreign wars with no explicit objective or strategy.

Candidate statement

In 2025, a natural gas company contaminated drinking water in Cameron County. People who worked their entire lives to afford their homes could no longer trust what came out of their own taps. Worse, the company continued drilling even after regulators told it to stop. When corporations put profit ahead of people’s lives and livelihoods, Washington needs to stand with the people whose water was contaminated—not the corporation responsible.
