I suppose fraud is a problem, but it's definitely committed more often by the wealthy than the rest of us, and I certainly don't trust the feds to deal with it. Of course we'll fight fraud; by removing the reasons to commit fraud. UBI, M4A, jobs jobs and more jobs! When people are living secure lives, they will not look for unethical ways to get ahead of one another. After that, those that continue to bend and break the rules to get ahead will be dealt with (especially if they are government employees who bankrupt our cities with their supposed overtime).
