As Georgia's next Attorney General, Brian Strickland will protect Georgia families the same way he protects his own. He will go after the gangs that terrorize our neighborhoods and prosecute the traffickers who prey on our children. He has done this work already. As Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, he wrote the laws that took on organized crime, confronted fentanyl, protected seniors from abuse, and gave foster children a real shot at a future. He believes the law should protect people, that it should apply the same to everyone, and that no one is above it. That is the standard he will bring to the office.

Fighting for Our Most Vulnerable

Source-published biography

Brian has spent years building a record to match those words. He wrote laws to protect seniors from abuse and to improve care in nursing homes. He gave families the ability to run background checks on the people they hire to work inside their homes. He protected pregnant women in the workplace, let workers use their sick leave to care for family members, and strengthened the rights of grandparents raising grandchildren. He stood up for victims of human trafficking, helped bring national opioid-settlement money home to Georgia communities, and backed strong action against Medicaid fraud so that money meant for people who need care is not stolen.
