Our founders in 1776 - 1791 created a Republican form of Constitutional Government. This form of government is the only form compatible with mankind. Unfortunately this form of government was vacated March 14th 1861 when the South walked out of Congress. Abraham Lincoln issued General Order 100 in 1863: Until the people return, the states are to be run by the military placing the states under liber code and martial law. In 1871 the people failed to return. So the Crown owned Virginia Company changed it's name to UNITED STATES and was contracted through the organic Act of 1871 to provide 19 essential services until the people return. That is the system today! Destry has thoroughly studied the Republican form and has been involved in reassembling states since 2011. Alaska is one of the several states that has reassembled, settled the land and published notices abroad with no rebuttals.
